About your Teacher.

Your teacher started training in Martial Arts at the age of 7.  
Between the ages of  7 and 12 he studied Judo and won many inner club tournaments, and bought home Gold and Bronze from external championships.

He also excelled at athletics especially track and field events winning many county sprint records and tournaments, winning many golds.
He also represented his county athletics in the South England meets for the 100m at the age of 16.

He was top try scorer for the county rugby team for 5 years running.

Throughout this period he regularly trained in martial arts with team mates who were involved in many mixed styles of martial arts.

In 1991 at the age of 19, he began studying Kung Fu and Tai Chi and Taoist Aikido and has continued to do so under the guidance of some of the highest graded Masters in the world for Feng Shou Kung Fu and Li Style Tai Chi, forms, freestyle and weapons.

He is currently studying his Master grade Tai Chi and Feng Shou Kung Fu under Master Howard Gibbon who received the highest grade ever issued by the late Grand Master Chee Soo. This beautiful art of  Feng Shou Kung Fu and Li Style Tai Chi is steeped in ancient History stemming back Thousands of years.

Your teachers Tai Chi Teacher training is also Accredited by Prof. Sir Steven L Russel MD(ma) KSt J, DSc(HC), FFHom(MA), DrAr, Dhom, Dphyt, DHM, DAA, FAHP(I), MMA, RMHIS, VP. Founder and Dean of the Integrative College of Holistic Medicines

Fully qualified Tai Chi Chuan, Chinese Yoga (Kai Men), Chi Kung / Tao Yin Teacher

Your teacher also trained for many years in Traditional Yang Style Combat Tai Chi Quan. (Freestyle) and is 4th Duan Black Belt in this art.

His students over the years have included black belts and higher from many other styles, army personnel, martial artists who have trained in China and many beginners.

the centre is on

6 Thirty until 8 Thirty PM, only £5 per session for club members, £6 for non Members.
Membership equates to only 39p a week and covers your personal insurance.Payable after 4 weeks for the full year at only £20.
