SILVIO SIMAC  SEMINAR 2007

On Saturday 22 September 2007, we were pleased to receive a repeat seminar led by Silvio Simac, 4th Dan Taekwondo.  Although the attendance was not as high as last year everybody enjoyed the session.

Silvio, who has appeared in many films (eg Jet Li "Unleashed"; "Black Mask 2") and won countless competitions, started the session with a long warm up introducing some fun techniques into his warm up.

Silvio set the scene for the event by explaining the S factor principles and ensuring participants were guided towards their concepts.  Throughout the seminar, which involved kicking , punching and self defence techniques, Silvio kept a watchful eye over everyone to ensure they benefited from their experience. His professional, calm teaching methodology  combined with well honed skills made the seminar a real pleasure just to watch.  Certainly the participants appeared to thoroughly enjoy the seminar once again.  In fact, as a result of this seminar, at least three participants will be going to the Black Belt International Gala Banquette just to watch Silvio in action again.
